Excited to share a new literary community I’ve been welcomed into – a unique third place to meet with readers and fellow writers: Shepherd.com! It’s a kinder, more personalized alternative to Goodreads (which I find unwieldy, plus…Amazon).

    I’ve heard of this site. Thanks for reminding me to check it out, which I just did. The fact that I found many favorites among their “best books” winners in multiple categories makes me think I’ll give it a go. I agree about Goodreads. It was a great site until Amazon barged in and took over.
